TAAC CBSE School, Madurai is seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to teach Senior Secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to Senior Secondary students (CBSE curriculum – Classes XI & XII)
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines
Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on academic excellence
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress regularly
Encourage critical thinking, reading, and writing skills among students
Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management
Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic planning
Provide guidance and mentorship to students
Required Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. English)
B.Ed. degree (mandatory)
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
