Ahana Hospitals is seeking a well-organized and responsible Administrator to support day-to-day administrative operations. The role focuses on routine coordination across departments, maintaining records and documentation, handling schedules and correspondence and ensuring smooth office functioning in line with hospital policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities in Support of the CEO
Handle daily administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, travel arrangements and official correspondence.
Maintain administrative records, reports, meeting of minutes (MoM) and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for routine follow-ups, task tracking and smooth day-to-day operations
Support administrative audits, assist in policy documentation and help improve office processes and workflows.
Skills Required
Strong data analysis skills
Demonstrated ownership, Strategic thinking and effective issue escalation skills.
Team-handling capability, multitasking and time-management skills.
High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Any Postgraduate degree
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role
