Job Title: Junior Architect – Revit & Site Execution

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Architect with hands-on site experience and working knowledge of Revit. This role involves regular site visits, execution monitoring, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare drawings using Revit
Visit sites frequently to verify execution as per drawings
Identify and report deviations, ensure corrective action on-site
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
Assist in quotation comparison and material follow-ups
Support 3D work (Lumion / 3ds Max)
Maintain drawings and documentation
Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
1–3 years experience with site involvement (mandatory)
Proficiency in Revit
Basic understanding of construction and detailing
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred

Experience in healthcare or institutional projects
Exposure to Lumion / 3ds Max
Important Note

This is a site-intensive role. Candidates must be comfortable with regular site visits, contractor coordination and execution follow-ups.
