Qualification: Any degree (Logistics/Supply Chain background preferred)
Shift: Rotational
Key Responsibilities:1. Team Supervision & People Management:
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse executives and associates.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Train new joiners and conduct regular on-the-job coaching.
2. Operational Management:
Oversee order fulfillment activities including picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure adherence to TAT and SLA commitments.
Monitor inbound and outbound operations to avoid delays.
3. Inventory & Quality Control:
Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits.
Monitor shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies.
Maintain quality standards and minimize operational errors.
4. Coordination & Escalation:
Coordinate with transport teams and other departments for smooth dispatch.
Handle escalations from operations and resolve issues in real time.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Prepare daily MIS reports on manpower, productivity, and dispatch.
Track team KPIs and suggest process improvements.
Support management in achieving centre-level targets.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
