Accounts cum MIS operations Executive

1. Accounts & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (receipts, payments, journal entries)

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collections from patients

Manage cash, bank transactions, and reconciliation

Track patient packages (IVF cycles, procedures, medications)

Prepare and process vendor payments

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

2. MIS (Management Information System) Reporting

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Track revenue, expenses, and profitability of IVF procedures

Maintain dashboards for patient flow, conversion rates, and treatment cycles

Analyze data to support management decision-making

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to management

3. Operations Support

Coordinate with front office, doctors, and lab teams for billing accuracy

Monitor patient registration, treatment progress, and billing status

Maintain records of patient packages and payment plans

Support inventory tracking (medicines, consumables, lab supplies)

Assist in audit preparation and documentation

4. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain proper documentation of financial and operational data

Ensure adherence to internal policies and healthcare regulations

Support internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)

1–3 years of experience in accounts/MIS (healthcare experience is a plus)

Knowledge of accounting software

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic dashboards)

Good analytical and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
