2. Clinical Assistance
Assist doctors during IVF procedures
Handle and prepare instruments, medications, and equipment
Maintain sterile conditions in procedure rooms
3. Medication & Treatment Support
Administer injections (under supervision)
Educate patients on medication schedules and hormone therapies
Monitor patient responses and report abnormalities
4. Documentation & Records
Maintain accurate patient records
Update treatment charts and reports
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
5. Laboratory Coordination
Coordinate with embryologists and lab staff
Assist in sample handling (as per protocol)
6. Hygiene & Safety
Follow infection control protocols
Ensure cleanliness of treatment and recovery areas
Skills Required
Basic nursing and clinical skills
Good communication and empathy
Attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive situations
Willingness to learn IVF procedures
Qualifications
B.Sc Nursing / GNM (freshers can apply)
Registered Nurse (preferred)
Interest in reproductive health or fertility care
