Roles & responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
Follow up with candidates through offer stage and onboarding
Support bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment events
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on portals
Eligibility

Any degree — B.E, BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, MBA (HR specialisation preferred)
2023–2025 pass-outs preferred
Good communication skills
Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
People-oriented, organised, and eager to learn recruitment processes
