Job Description
Territory Management: Visit a set route of wholesale and retail outlets daily to generate leads and onboard new channel partners.Order & Payment Management: Handle primary and secondary order booking, ensure timely product delivery, and actively collect outstanding payments.
Brand Visibility: Ensure optimal product placement, planograms, and shelf visibility in stores.
Target Achievement: Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide regular field reports to management.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to foster brand loyalty.
