We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily administrative operations of our academy. The candidate will support staff, assist students and parents, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students and parents.
Maintain student registrations, attendance records, and fee details.
Assist teachers and management with administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, documents, and schedules.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors if required.
Ensure the reception area and office files are well organized.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of administrative or office experience (academy or school experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team.
