Job Description

At Blinkit, a Picker and Packer is responsible for fulfilling customer orders from local dark stores. They quickly locate items, check quality, pack them securely for dispatch, and manage inventory. This is a full-time, ground-level role that typically requires passing the 10th or 12th standard

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse racks and shelves based on digital order sheets.
Quality & Packing: Inspect products for damage or expiry before packing them safely and correctly.
Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize storage areas, and keep accurate records of goods.
Time Efficiency: Ensure all packages are ready and handed to delivery partners quickly to meet fast-delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
