Responsibilities:

Handle WhatsApp customer chats
Attend client calls professionally
Explain products and close orders
Handle customer complaints calmly
Maintain good customer relationships
Follow up with pending clients

Requirements:

Good Tamil communication
Basic English knowledge
Patience and respectful communication
Sales and customer handling skills
Smartphone & WhatsApp handling knowledge
Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
