Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
Counselling students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email.
Maintain student enquiry and admission records properly.
Explain fee structure, scholarships, and payment procedures.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admissions.
Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
Good follow-up and relationship management skills
Teamwork and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
