Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to assist with daily finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records
Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification
Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related activities
Use MS Excel and accounting software for data entry and reporting
Required Qualifications

B.Com / BBA / M.Com or related finance degree
1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of GST filing and invoicing
Familiarity with ERP/accounting software
Ability to work under deadlines
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
