Greeting and welcoming guests with good attention.
Giving Proper Answer to the Customer questions and addressing the complaints.
Answering all incoming calls and redirect to the concern department.
Receiving the letters & packages and distribute them to the concern department.
Getting Feedback from the customers regarding products and services.
