Engage with diverse stakeholders in disadvantaged communities, including parents, schools, colleges, panchayats, and community leaders.
Build and maintain strong relationships to support community outreach and mobilization activities.
Provide guidance and counseling to young individuals on career paths and educational opportunities.
Support awareness programs and initiatives aimed at youth development.
Identify and address ground-level challenges using proactive problem-solving skills
