Service Assistant – eBike Showroom
1 month agoWe are looking for a responsible, energetic, and hardworking Service Assistant to support the daily service operations of our E-Bike showroom. The ideal candidate should be punctual, willing to travel within the city, and capable of assisting the service team with customer support and vehicle handling.
This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in the automobile industry and are looking to build a career in service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the service team in day-to-day workshop operations.
Visit customer locations to pick up and deliver E-Bikes for service when required.
Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle pickup and delivery schedules.
Support technicians during service and maintenance activities.
Ensure safe handling and transportation of customer vehicles.
Maintain service records and update basic job details.
Keep the service area clean and organized.
Assist in loading, unloading, and moving vehicles within the showroom and workshop.
Perform other service-related tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil.
Basic English knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
12th Pass or Any Degree
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience in automobile service, delivery support, or customer service will have an added advantage.
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
