Plan property launch events and customer meetups
Coordinate with vendors and event agencies
Arrange venue, stage, branding, and logistics
Marketing & Promotion Support

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
Manage promotional campaigns and event branding
Support social media event promotions
Vendor & Budget Management

Collect quotations and negotiate with vendors
Maintain event budgets and approvals
Track payments and invoices
Plan property launch events and customer meetups
Coordinate with vendors and event agencies

Coordination & Communication

Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams
Coordinate with HR, admin, transport, and store teams
Conduct team meetings and briefing sessions
Handle guest/client communication
Event Operations

Supervise stage setup, decoration, lighting, and sound
Monitor food, seating, accommodation, and transport arrangements
Ensure event runs as per timeline Manage emergency situations and quick problem-solving
Team Management

Assign duties to staff and volunteers, Track employee attendance and shift timings
Ensure discipline and smooth teamwork , Provide on-site support to all departments
Post-Event Activities

Oversee dismantling and material return
Check pending payments and inventory
Analyze event performance and improvements
Archive photos, videos, and reports for records
