Department: IT / Administration
Reports To: Office Manager
Role Purpose:
To manage and maintain the college’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain computers, servers, and network systems
Install and configure software, hardware, and operating systems
Manage internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and LAN setup
Ensure data backup and security
Provide technical support to staff and departments
Maintain ERP / college management software
Troubleshoot system issues and downtime
Monitor CCTV and digital infrastructure
Ensure cybersecurity practices are followed
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required
