We need a HR manager with 10 to 12 years experience.
Skills Required: Talent Acquisition & On-boarding, Performance & Development, Payroll, ESI, PF, Factory Act, Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions, Promote employee engagement, retention strategies, and a positive work culture
