Job Description
Accurately prepare invoices for jewellery sales.
Apply correct gold rate, making charges, GST, and discounts.
Receive payments (Cash, Card, UPI, EMI, etc.).
Maintain cash register and balance at day-end.
Record daily sales in billing software.
Submit reports
Politely interact with customers during checkout.
Clarify billing-related queries.
Ensure cash and valuables are handled securely.
Report suspicious activity immediately
Maintain customer KYC for high-value transactions.
File bills and GST records properly.
Work with sales team and stock team to avoid billing errors.
Inform manager if any discrepancy in stock or billing.
