Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Dietician to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, planning therapeutic diets, providing nutrition counseling, and supporting clinical teams in delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients’ nutritional status through screening and detailed diet assessments.
Develop and implement individualized diet plans based on medical conditions and treatment needs.
Provide nutrition counseling and education to inpatients and outpatients.
Plan and monitor therapeutic diets for patients with conditions such as diabetes, renal disorders, cardiac diseases, obesity, and critical illnesses.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient nutrition care plans.
Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as required.
Ensure prescribed diets are accurately communicated to food service/kitchen teams.
Conduct diet rounds and maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
Educate patients and families on dietary management and healthy lifestyle practices.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, food safety standards, and nutrition protocols.
Support health awareness programs, nutrition camps, and patient education initiatives when required.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics / Nutrition / Clinical Nutrition (Master’s degree preferred).
Registered/Certified Dietician certification (if applicable as per local regulations).
6 months to 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and clinical nutrition practices.
Strong communication and counseling skills.
Good documentation and patient management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Preferred Skills

Experience in patient diet counseling and nutritional assessments.
Familiarity with hospital diet protocols and EMR documentation.
Basic knowledge of food service operations in hospitals.
Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹9,671.18 - ₹23,436.50 per month
