Hospital Pharmacist

Dispense prescription medications accurately as per doctor’s instructions
Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions
Provide guidance to patients on medication usage, dosage, and side effects
Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per standards
Ensure compliance with hospital/pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements
Manage inventory, stock levels, and expiry of medications
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain records of prescriptions and transactions
Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the pharmacy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
Valid Pharmacist license/registration
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and dosage forms
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and responsible attitude
Basic knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations
Working Conditions:
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,397.84 per month
