About the Role
We're looking for a Software Developer (Fresher) who is passionate about building high-quality products and is excited to work in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming (OOP), and system design
Good command of at least one programming language – Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++
Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to building real products
Basic understanding of web application architecture, APIs, and databases
Strong problem-solving skills and a logical mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Learning: Proactively engage in training sessions, self-learning, and hands-on projects to build a strong foundation in software development and product architecture.
Software Development: Contribute to writing, testing, and maintaining clean, efficient, and scalable code with guidance from senior developers.
Technical Problem Solving: Work closely with the engineering team to analyze issues, debug applications, and develop effective solutions to real-world product challenges.
Code Quality & Collaboration: Participate in code reviews to understand best practices, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve code quality and development techniques.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive and well-structured documentation of code, workflows, and technical processes to support future development and team collaboration.
