Scrum Master
3 months agoWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master with 3 years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile development teams, ensuring Agile principles are followed, removing impediments, and promoting a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Guide teams to higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog.
Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
Protect the team from external distractions and help foster a culture of focus and continuous improvement.
Track team progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Report on metrics such as sprint burndown, velocity, and team performance.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to drive cross-team alignment and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Experience in scaling Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
