Roles & Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare GST tax invoices for Blue Metal, M-Sand, P-Sand, Jelly, etc.
Generate bills based on weighbridge slips / load slips
Ensure correct HSN codes, GST rates, vehicle numbers, and quantities
Issue delivery challans, credit notes, debit notes when required
Maintain daily billing registers
Weighbridge & Load Verification
Cross-check empty & loaded vehicle weights
Verify net tonnage with dispatch details
Prevent billing errors due to overloading / underloading
Coordinate with weighbridge operator and loading supervisor
Dispatch & Vehicle Coordination
Record vehicle in/out time, trip details, and driver details
Ensure vehicle capacity compliance and safety norms
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for smooth dispatch
Track pending dispatches and billed quantities
GST & Compliance
Ensure GST compliance as per government norms
Support E-way bill / E-invoice generation
Assist accounts team during GST return filing and audits
Maintain proper documentation for statutory inspections
Customer & Accounts Coordination
Handle customer billing queries and corrections
Coordinate with accounts for collections and outstanding tracking
Share daily / weekly sales and dispatch MIS reports
Experience in crusher, quarry, RMC, or construction material industry
Knowledge of E-way bill / transport documentation
Willingness to work in shift / yard environment
