Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and community partnerships to source potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring they meet the specific skill sets required in the manufacturing sector.
Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and high-turnover positions within the manufacturing facility.
Utilize recruitment metrics to analyse hiring trends, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators to improve the recruitment process.
