Educational Qualification (Typical)/Experience
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Montessori training
Bachelor’s degree (any field, depending on school requirements)
1. Teaching Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons (basic math, language, art, music, etc.)
Teach foundational skills like:
Alphabet and phonics
Numbers and counting
Shapes and colors
Use creative methods such as storytelling, songs, games, and play-based learning
2. Classroom Management
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Manage children’s behavior with patience and positive discipline
Ensure all children are supervised at all times
3. Child Development Support
Encourage social skills (sharing, teamwork, communication)
Support emotional development and confidence building
Identify learning or behavioral issues early
4. Activity Planning
Organize fun and educational activities:
Arts and crafts
Rhymes and dance
Indoor and outdoor play
Celebrate events, festivals, and theme days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
