Job Description

Job Title: FIT & Group Operations Tour Consultant

Job Summary:
A FIT & Group Operations Tour Consultant is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing domestic and international tour packages for both individual travelers (FIT – Free Independent Travelers) and group departures. The role involves handling bookings, coordinating with suppliers, preparing travel documents, and ensuring smooth execution of tours from booking confirmation until completion.

Key Responsibilities:FIT Operations

Create customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
Coordinate hotel bookings, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and visa assistance.
Negotiate and communicate with vendors, DMCs, and travel partners.
Prepare quotations, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents.
Monitor booking confirmations and ensure timely payments.
Provide pre-departure support and resolve customer queries.
Group Operations

Manage fixed departure and customized group tours.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local guides.
Prepare rooming lists, passenger manifests, and operation sheets.
Ensure all travel arrangements are completed before departure.
Handle last-minute operational changes and emergency situations.
Coordinate with tour leaders and provide operational support throughout the journey.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations.
Ability to prepare itineraries and costings.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in tour operations or travel consultancy is preferred.
Key Objective

To deliver seamless travel experiences by efficiently managing all operational aspects of FIT and group tours while ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers.

Working Hours:
09:30 AM – 07:00 PM

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
