We are looking for energetic and passionate freshers & experienced candidates to join our recruitment team as a US Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen IT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice & other platforms
Understand client requirements and match suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Eligibility:

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
B.E / B.Tech (CSE, IT, AI&ML, ECE, EEE)
MCA, M.Sc CS, Data Science & related technical degrees
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Basic knowledge in IT technologies (Java, Python, AWS, SQL)
