Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Management Trainees (MBA graduates) who are eager to learn and grow within the organization. The selected candidates will undergo structured training across multiple departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and leadership functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training program across departments such as Operations related.
Learn and understand end-to-end business processes and workflows
Assist department heads in daily operations and strategic initiatives
Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management
Identify process gaps and suggest improvement measures
Support in project execution and cross-functional coordination
Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards
Eligibility Criteria:

MBA (any specialization) from a recognized institution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ready to travel or relocate based on business needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
