Job Description

Creating and executing customer relationship management campaigns that aim to increase customer loyalty
Creating a set of universal customer relationship procedures and implementing them at every level of the company
Supervising the organisation's direct communication with customers and promptly solving any issues
Using existing customer information to identify new potential customers and target audiences
Implementing new and more cost-efficient communication channels with customers
Constantly testing all customer interaction procedures and making sure the most efficient approaches are always prioritised.
Coordinating multiple departments regarding their customer interactions and finding ways to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation
Communicating directly with customers and acknowledging their issues.
Experienced in administrative support, customer relationship management, and database handling. Skilled in maintaining CRM records, updating customer information, tracking interactions, generating reports, and ensuring accurate data management. Capable of handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and updating CRM databases.
Maintaining customer records and interaction history.
Handling customer queries and providing timely support.
Following up with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
Preparing reports, documentation, and MIS records.
Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Supporting team operations and day-to-day administrative activities.
Using CRM software, MS Excel, Word, and other office applications for data management and reporting.

Any UG Degree
2+ years of experience.
