Job Description

The Primary Coordinator is a senior academic leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the primary section (Classes 1–5). The role bridges classroom teaching and school leadership — supporting teachers, upholding academic standards in line with ICSE requirements, and ensuring that Waldorf-inspired principles are meaningfully woven into the schools pedagogical fabric.
This is not a purely administrative position. The ideal candidate is a practitioner-leader: someone who has taught, understands children deeply, and can mentor and guide a team of teachers while remaining closely connected to the rhythms of the classroom.

Key Skills Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Collaborative leadership style Proficiency in school management systems Strong understanding of child development Ability to bridge structured curriculum delivery with experiential arts-based and inquiry-driven learning.
