We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to lead our service team and ensure excellent guest experience in our restaurant.

Position Details

Department: Food & Beverage Service
Job Type: Full Time

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25000 – ₹.35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (Preferred)
Minimum 4 – 6 years experience in restaurant service

Key Responsibilities

Supervise restaurant service staff (waiters / stewards)
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
Welcome and assist guests professionally
Take and monitor customer orders accurately
Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues
Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
Train and guide junior service staff
Ensure discipline and proper grooming of service team
