Job Description

Daily Market Coverage: Conduct routine visits to local supermarkets, wholesalers, grocery stores, and distributors to secure orders.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure optimal product placement, maintain proper stock levels, and set up point-of-sale (POS) displays to boost consumer visibility.
Payment & Order Management: Handle order booking, coordinate delivery logistics, and proactively track and collect outstanding payments from clients.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, analyze pricing trends, and provide management with actionable market feedback.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers and channel partners to maximize customer retention.
