Job Description
The Parking Assistant is responsible for managing vehicle flow, ensuring safe and organized parking, and providing assistance to customers entering and exiting the cinema premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide vehicles into designated parking spaces efficiently
Manage traffic flow during peak hours (movie start/end times)
Assist customers in locating parking spots
Ensure proper use of parking areas (VIP, disabled, staff zones)
Monitor parking area for safety and security concerns
Help customers with basic directions (theatre entrance, exits, etc.)
Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activity to management
Coordinate with security staff when needed
Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: High school / 10th or 12th pass
Good communication skills
Ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors
Friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude
