QUALIFICATION: DIPLOMA , DEGREE ( Or ) MBA
Responsibilities:
Manage and update client information within our CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
Make outbound calls to clients using AI-assisted tools to provide updates or gather information.
Log all call details and interactions into the CRM database daily.
Collaborate with the team to ensure client queries are handled smoothly.
Follow provided scripts and guidelines to maintain a consistent professional standard.

Fixed Day Shift: Work from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Evenings and weekends are off.
