Operations Executive

An Operations Executive in a Yoga Quest Tours plans, books, and manages end-to-end client travel, coordinating flights, hotels, transport, and activities, ensuring smooth execution from booking to post-trip support, liaising with suppliers, managing documentation, handling payments, and resolving issues to guarantee client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities :

Over seeing daily operations
Managing all the staffs
Ensure high standard of service provided to our clients
Ensure client is satisfied with our service
Should resolve any issues promptly
Phone calls should be responded on holidays and movements to be taken care by the file handlers on holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
