Job Summary:

The Physician Assistant will support the consulting physicians in delivering quality patient care. The role involves assisting in clinical evaluations, patient management, documentation, and coordination of care under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
Take detailed patient history and record vital signs.
Prepare patients for examination and diagnostic procedures.
Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
Assist in ward rounds and monitor patient progress.
Coordinate laboratory tests, radiology investigations, and follow-ups.
Provide patient education regarding medications, diet, and treatment plans.
Support emergency care management under supervision.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and infection control standards.
Perform administrative tasks related to patient documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or relevant allied health science field.
Valid registration as per applicable state/national guidelines (if required).
Experience:

0–2 years of clinical experience (Freshers may apply).
Internship or clinical rotation experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Basic clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-based healthcare environment.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts if required).

Pay: ₹11,237.22 - ₹26,108.68 per month
